We want an experienced estate agency professional to join the existing team in our fantastic new offices in Hamilton Square.  Duties will include managing lettings, sales and the organisation of a busy office.  We offer flexible hours, PRP and a great working environment.  OTE of £25k+ and unlimited commission are available to the right candidate.

Hamilton Square Estates Ltd has been renting properties throughout Merseyside and North Wales for 22 years, both as property owners in their own right and as managers for others.  We have recently moved into both residential and commercial property sales.  We work with local, national and international investors, offering training on investment strategies and sourcing suitable properties to meet their requirements.  This plays an increasing part of our day to day business.

Our sister company, Wirral Property Group, is a full service building company that has responsibility for repairs and renovations throughout the portfolio.  This makes us uniquely placed to offer a turnkey package to property investors of training, property sourcing, renovations, letting, management and sales.

In this role you will have responsibility for managing existing clients in our rental properties, and for growing our base of landlords and properties for rent.  You would also play a part in property sales and be involved in the management of the office to maximise client satisfaction and increase revenues.

The successful applicant will be highly numerate and literate, both verbally and in writing.  You will need to be a car owner and have a full driving licence.  Knowledge of Rightmove and Zoopla posting is required, and ideally you would be familiar with Expert Agent software and social media marketing.  There is no minimum experience required – we want the best person available, who is hungry for success.
