The company:
Our client is an international company.

Main Purposes of role:
To support the Sales team and work closely with External Sales.

The main duties include:
- To handle customer enquiries by fax, phone or email in timely manner
- To maximise sales by doing cold calls
- To build excellent relationship with Clients and Field Sales Team
- To provide accurate and timely quotations and follow-up
- To progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
- To consistently deliver the customer service key performance
- To ensure customers details are up to date and correctly entered in the system
- To work closely with the Sales Team and provide them support
- To Keep customers updated on key developments in relation to specific orders

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & French (Written & Spoken)
- Fluency in Dutch would be a major advantage
- Previous commercial experience (customer service, Internal or External Sales)
- Degree educated
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Well organised with a structured approach to work
- Good communication skills and attention to details

The Salary:
£18-£23k pa + Bonus
