Our client has been designing and producing quality made-to-measure Furniture Covers and Curtains for half a century and are now established as the U.K.'s leading Reupholsterer.  They are a successful, family run company and employ over 300 people at their Head Office in Preston.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a flair for interior design who will work as part of a small team in assisting the promotion of the full range of Products, including re-upholstery, loose covers, curtains and soft furnishings.

Based both at Head Office in Preston and also out travelling in the local area, you will have a friendly approach in this customer-facing role, coupled with good organisation skills, the ability to work alone and a conscientious and flexible attitude to your work.  This is a maternity cover role.

With previous Sales experience, you will be visiting customers in their own home selling products and services. You will also be working within their on-site showroom.

Flexibility is a requirement of this full-time position as there is a requirement to work on a Saturday.

You should have an outgoing personality, be self-motivated with a positive attitude and be capable of using an Apple device such as an iPad and have a mobile phone.

You will be required to take furniture measurements in the home, but training will be provided.
