A job opportunity has arisen for a part time Payroll and HR Administrator to provide support to the Payroll and HR Managers.

The job holder will be expected to provide an efficient administrative service in support of the day to day functions of the department which will include inputting and processing of data on to the payroll and HR systems for circa 650 employees, dealing with correspondence, production of reports and year end documents and handling general enquiries from managers, employees and external bodies.

The hours of work will be 20 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Experience in Payroll or HR is essential, together with excellent computer skills, flexibility and good communication and organisational skills.
