As a Information Security Analystyour duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Review and develop information security policies and standards
• Develop information security policies for specific projects and requirements
• Undertake compliance checks against information security policies
• Strive to raise awareness of information security issues within the department
• Undertake risk based reviews
• Respond to information security incidents and escalate where required
• Analyse causes of information security incidents and propose improvements

The successful Information Security Analystwill hold:

• Previous experience embedding information security policy and controls into the business
• The ability to assess threats and vulnerabilities
• The ability to write reports on information risk management
• Strong ability to work as part of a cohesive team
• Passionate about information security and compliance
• Prior experience with information security compliance
• Experience with iso 27001 would be beneficial
