Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join the team based in Poole on a part time basis working 25 – 27.5 hours per week, working 5/5.5 hours per day Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £9.00 per hour.

This Poole based company is looking for a Part Time HR & Payroll Administrator to join the HR team. You will be required to work closely with team members to provide high quality preparation for payroll and pension services and administrative HR support in a timely fashion.

The HR & Payroll Administrator duties and key responsibilities:

- Preparation of payroll within agreed timeframes, including details on starters, leavers, absence, family friendly adjustments, overtime, commission, expenses, etc.

- Co-ordination of pension scheme

- Managing new starter process

- Managing leaver process

- Managing changes to contracts of employment and keep systems up to date

- Recording and monitoring absence in line with company procedures

- Assisting HR Manager and HR Advisor with ad hoc HR projects

- HR administration and filing

The ideal HR & Payroll Administrator will have the below skills and experience:

- Previous knowledge and experience within HR and Payroll preferable

- Previous knowledge and experience in accounting preferable

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent administration and strong IT skills, particularly in Excel

- Excellent numerical skills

- Experience of working to tight deadlines

- High levels of attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- The ability to work as part of a team as well as use your initiative
