One of the largest Colleges in North London is seeking for a PMLD Teacher to start immediately on a long term basis. The role will require you to teach 2 -4 sessions a week to a small group of students ageing from 16 - 22 years. The challenges that these students face are complex and demanding.

The College is renowned for its broad range of courses and the high quality of its teaching, boasting excellent facilities based in a high-tech campus. The college has a new state of the art Learning and Disability Centre of excellence that provides a safe learning environment entirely tailored to the students individual needs - making life changing differences.

Range of specialist classrooms and accessible facilities with ceiling tracking

Key Requirements:

QTS
Specialist qualification in SEN/PMLD
Previous track working within a mainstream or SEN setting
Experience of working with students with a broad range of needs, including high level
Able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of innovative approaches to students with PMLD
Knowledge of successful strategies for raising attainment of PMLD students
