Vehicle Recovery Drivers ­ 3.5T, 7.5T, Class 2 and Class 1 (No CPC needed)

Location: London & Essex

Salary: £400 ­ £600 per week, depending on shifts

You’ll be recovering vehicles from the scene of an accident, crime or after being stopped by the police. Your ability to follow processes and take pride in doing your job well is vital to this role.

You’ll be independent, patient and able to use your initiative whilst following processes in place, as well as being friendly and helpful.

This is what you’ll be doing:

• Working with light or heavy vehicles – whichever suits you best
• Talking face-to-face with people, sometimes in stressful circumstances
• Recovering vehicles involved in minor or major accidents
• Recovering vehicles involved in crime
• Using your initiative to resolve challenging situations

You’ll definitely have these skills:

• At least two years’ driving experience in and around London
• The ability to think on your feet and cope with challenging circumstances (we train you well, but every job is different)
• Great driving skills without a hint of aggression
• The ability to remain calm, collected and serene in the face of London traffic
• You won’t have had more than one accident in the past two years

• You’ll be a people person, able to put customers at their ease
