An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to work within our client’s Retail group. They are looking for 1 Full Time member of staff or 2 Part Time members of staff working on a job share basis.
The role
This is a rewarding, hands-on role and we are looking for someone with previous experience of managing a retail team. As the Team Leader, you will be required to perform the role of the Duty Manager from time to time in the absence of other members of the management team.
What skills will you have?
• You must possess strong motivation skills with a ‘can-do’ approach
• Experience within the retail sector and team management skills are desirable
• Able to demonstrate effective feedback to your team
• Carry out staff interviews, return to work interviews and appraisals
• Strong communication skills
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Approachable and friendly attitude
