Job Elements: -
• Cross-checking of each Sales Order against Customer PO and verify.
• Pro-active follow up with customers on the status of raised quotations within the agreed timescales
• Provide product guidance to customers and/or specifiers to promote the appropriate use and application of products, after seeking advice from the sales or technical department.
• Record order information accurately to reflect customer requirements in line with defined criteria to include margin expectation and delivery time.
• Maintain information flows, keep the system up to date and carry out regular housekeeping duties to ensure data is current.
• Update and Maintain CRM for each Customer Quote follow-up.
• To provide effective support to the external sales team, maintaining a constant relationship with the External Sales Managers.
• Undertake accurate and timely filing and administration.
• Undertake any additional tasks as requested by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
The successful candidate will:
• Background in customer service / sales, at least 2 years
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in a phone based environment
• The ability and experience to use quotation and CRM systems
• Experience of providing support and working with external sales
• Experience of providing support and working with order entry team
