A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Lettings Administrator to join a leading Residential Letting and Estate Agents. Based in the historic city of Oxford, the successful Lettings Administrator will join the company’s expanding Lettings Department to earn a salary of £18,000 plus commission.

An established Estate Agency with offices in Central North Oxford and East Oxford, the organisation has five in-house divisions. As a Lettings Administrator, your main duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: 
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc financial information for management
  • Recording income and expenses of the property lettings business, including registering of deposits, rental income and landlord statements
  • Chasing Rent Arrears
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and subcontractors
  • Managing executive’s diaries
  • Utility billing and management
  • Occasional move-ins and check-outs/viewings as and when required
  • General office duties in-line with the level of the position
To be considered for the Lettings Administrator position you must have demonstrable experience of working in the lettings environment. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:
  • High level of education
  • Fantastic people skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer serviceProfessional telephone manner
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • A valid UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Capability of working in a fast paced and sometimes pressured environment
  • Excellent work ethic, always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty!
