A Luxury beauty and lifestyle company, producing and offering distinctive ranges of skincare, bath and body, scented candles, a make-up range and other premium personal products. The brand has a presence both in the UK and Europe.
Your goal will be to maximise everyone's shopping experience and make sure each customer wants to come back for more. You'll also work 'behind the scenes' to make sure targets are met and everything runs smoothly.
Due to unique location, the brand is looking for an individual who has been involved in corporate eventing and built success through external business accounts.
Must have stand alone store management experience within luxury/beauty environment
You'll be:
*customer focused
*managing a team
*merchandising and displaying products
*responding to mystery customer targets
*meeting sales and other KPIs
*building a customer base to grow the business
*involved in preparing P&L accounts
*helping with weekly stock takes and stock audits
*managing performance and succession planning
You will have a customer-focused retail background in the luxury sector such as homeware, health & beauty, gifting, hospitality or jewellery. You will ideally have worked for the most prestigious and well recognised luxury brands within the last 3 to 5 years.
Your qualities:
*experience of managing store performance - meeting KPIs for sales, service and stock control
*great people management skills
*the ability to train and develop staff
*to enjoy using your initiative, within clear guidelines
*to be a true brand ambassador
