CONCIERGE / SECURITY OFFICER – SECURITY SOLUTIONS COMPANY – CHESTER – FULL TIME

Concierge / Security Officers sought by my client who is a leading Manchester based professional security company boasting market leading and blue chip clients.

Due to their continued success and growth they are now recruiting for Concierge / Security Officers to work for a prestigious / high profile client in Chester.

THE ROLE

• As a Concierge / Security Officer you will be meeting and greeting visitors, potential purchasers, tenants and estate agents
• Monitoring the reception area and dealing with queries both face to face and over the telephone
• Monitoring the car park and CCTV
• Following security procedures and processes
• Providing assistance to residents, particularly those with special needs
• Liaise and assist with tours of the building and provide information for any Health & Safety/Fire/Insurance audits
• Liaise with contractors and cleaners arranged by residents for their apartments
• Supply electricity/water readings on request
• Accept delivery of post and distribute to tenants
• General cleaning of areas
• You will be based at the Chester location
• Full Time Position – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (45 Hours per week)
• 12 Month Contract

THE CANDIDATE

• The successful candidate MUST have an SIA License in Security Guarding / Door Supervision(Minimum)
• Ideally also have SIA licence in CCTV (Not essential)
• Similar experience within a Concierge role
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Both Written and Verbal
• Naturally you must have excellent customer care skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Professional image and mature attitude
• Hard-working and motivated

THE SALARY

• £7.14 per hour + Holiday Pay = £8 per hour
• 12 month contract

The successful candidate will be employed subject to satisfactory references and security screening in accordance with BS 7858.
