Teaching Assistant for Blackpool Primary Schools ? ASAP Start

I am looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in central Blackpool Primary Schools. The position is to support various year groups across KS1 & KS2.

For this role the ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally Level 3 trained
• Recent experience within a classroom
• Ability to work with SEN and challenging behaviour
• Confidence to support the Class Teacher
• Experience of supporting language barrier and implementing strategies to learning
• Ability to build strong relationships as soon as possible

Candidates must be:

• Professional at all times
• Committed to the school and to every child
• Able to adapt across the school
• Committed to follow the school policies on behaviour and marking
• Dedicated to raising standards becoming part of the school team
• Have a good knowledge of the current relevant National Curriculum

The post itself is subject to an enhanced DBS Certificate as well as satisfactory references.
