We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work within a busy manufacturing environment
Duties and Responsibilities Include

Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 0800-1700 and Friday 0800-1330
Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Deliver excellent administrative service.
- Ensure service levels are being met in line with Customer Services Targets.
- Ensure that Customer orders are interpreted and entered accurately
- Responsible for the control of product changes
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure product versions are up-to-date
- Working closely with other functional teams (customer services, operations)
- Generate invoices and orders are raised accurately to maximize revenue.
- To perform data-entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Preparation and dispatch of automated standard form letters.
- General office administration.
- Answering the telephone / emails to handle a range of queries from customers.
Skills and Experience
- Experienced Administrator who has worked in a business to business environment
- Design and marketing experience is desirable
- High computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & Outlook essential)
- Flexible and able to handle a range of tasks
- Self starter who seeks to grow with the business
- Excellent telephone manner
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge highly desirable
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX) desirable
