A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Administrator to join a leading organisation. Our client is seen to be specialists in Corporate Services, Fund Services, Private Wealth, Capital Services and Due Diligence Services

As anIT Administratoryour duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage internal client and supplier relationships
• Ensure client and supplier records are clearly updated with all correspondence
• Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members on a regular basis
• Maintain client and supplier documents with integrity, clearly updating all correspondence
• Be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves and their clients
• Support client and supplier visits as required
• Have the delivery of enhanced client service at the forefront of every action

As anIT Administrator Support Manager you will have:

• At least 3 years system data management experience
• Experience within a trust administrative reward or share plan environment is essential
• System testing and user acceptance testing experience
• Have experience in working on tight project deadlines across multiple projects
• Capable of working across multiple client matters to meet varied team and client requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
