Temporary Receptionist / Administrator, Leeds City Centre, 40 Hours per week, Salary up to £16k, 6 Month Contract

A fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator has arisen with one of our clients in the Leeds city centre area. The successful candidate will have excellent administrations and customer service skills.

As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will be

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering incoming calls and transferring calls
  • Dealing with various queries
  • General admin duties 

The successful Receptionist / Administrator will have: 

  • Strong customer facing experience is essential
  • Strong organisational skills, hardworking and flexible during busy periods
  • Experience within administration roles previously would be an advantage
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Team Player attitude with an efficient and proactive approach
