Basic salary of £16,000 - £18,000 plus commission structure
An enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive is required to become part of a growing sales team for an education software and solutions provider. The successful candidate will begin in a lead generation capacity, with excellent opportunities for development into a full sales role.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities on the back of national marketing campaigns and through access to an extensive prospect profiling database. The right person will be target focussed, self-motivated, a quick learner and have the ambition and skills to develop into more challenging duties as the team grows.
You will contact and qualify leads prior to booking appointments for senior sales representatives, so attention to detail, strong communication and objection handling skills are essential. Your main duties will include:
- Outbound targeted telemarketing to with weekly KPI's
- Qualification of leads
- Booking product demonstrations
- Achieving conversion targets
- Diary Management
- CRM Management
- Follow up administration to include emails and hard copy documents
- Responding to incoming emails
- Supporting the team by helping to manage day to day activities
- Data cleansing
Required Experience include:

- Objection Handling Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Working to weekly KPI's
- Pleasant and vibrant phone manner
