We have an opportunity for an EHS professional to work as part of the UK and Ireland EHSQ team. The role will be based out of the UK. 
This role is for a motivated individual, who has the ability to time manage their work load, be well organised and have good communication skills.

The individual will be tasked with leading the EHS training and education programmes.

EHS Regional Manager Role Key Tasks:

> Provide a focal point for all personnel so we continue to develop an “EHS & Q culture”
> To lead the EHS training and education programme within the business
> Alongside the EHS team, ensure audit/review programmes are in place
> To understand and interpret local legislation
> Ensure the necessary measurement and data reporting takes place
> Provide hands on support to the local management team – office areas and USC

We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will be an EHS professional or have a passion for safety and be willing to undertake the necessary educational requirements to achieve formal qualifications. Additionally they will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and possess good organisational skills.

A degree in chemistry or equivalent would be advantageous as would a good level of knowledge and experience in training and/teaching, without this the successful candidate will be expected to achieve a formal qualification in this latter subject area.
