They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Team Leader to join them, coaching, training and mentoring their team of Self-Employed Agents, managing and growing a key part of the business in a flexible and supportive working environment.

In this role, you’ll have the flexibility to run and grow your own business area with a fantastic support network around you to help with your development. Remotely leading and developing your team, you’ll visit customers within your specified area, and develop quality new business by recognising opportunities and converting them into new customers.

Monitoring MI, you’ll take responsibility for meeting monthly branch targets, identifying shortfalls in performance against targets, providing feedback, and supporting and agreeing action plans with your team.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have demonstrable experience of field sales or as a self-employed sales agent and whilst it would be beneficial if this experience was within the Home Collected Credit or Personal Finance sector, this isn’t essential. A natural people person, you will have experience of dealing with customers face-to-face and leading others.

A full, UK driving licence is necessary for this role.
