Engineering Technician
(Electrical)
The company has an immediate vacancy at the Skelton manufacturing site for a pro-active, team orientated Engineering Technician with an electrical bias.
This multi-skilled role will involve maintenance, trouble shooting and repair work on production machinery and factory services.
This is a mainly day working role but with the need to provide shift cover when required.
Applicants should be time served and be able to demonstrate the following:-
- Experience of working in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong fault diagnosis skills on industrial electrical control systems preferably incorporating Siemens PLC’s
- Knowledge of AC and DC variable speed drive systems
- Experience of electrical installation work
The working week is 36 hours Monday to Friday plus paid overtime as necessary
