This well established company, based on the outskirts of Newark have a vacancy for someone to provide support to the Account Management team on a Part Time basis. This role will provide assistance with all administration functions within the department.

In this role you will develop a strong understanding and relationship with the accounts contained within the Account Managers portfolio to assist with the day to day management and administration functions.

Key Roles

o Data management ensuring all data is accurately maintained within the CRM system and develop a clear understanding of each area of the system and its functionality
o Supplier Tenders : assist Account Managers with preparation of tenders
o Assisting in logging contracts with suppliers and updating the CRM system
o Liaising with suppliers to ensure contracts commence on the relevant date
o Investigate and resolve contracts not commencing on the relevant date
o Ensuring all customer contracts are terminated in accordance with the suppliers terms and conditions
o Collection of data and preparation of customer reports
o Various other administrative duties, as required

Candidate

o Strong administration skills
o Self motivated and driven
o Good Communication skills
o Able to work well as part of a team

The ideal Candidate will have experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Candidates will be receive training by the company in the use of the CRM system and ongoing training will be provided with a personalised development plan.
