We’re looking for an HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript Ninja. You must have a minimum of 3 years of agency experience building solutions for large projects and have the portfolio to showcase it in your CV. 

Needless to say, you know your way around and can make solid use of JQuery, Bootstrap & GitHub. Experience of a CSS preprocessor is required, we use Sass, but we’re happy for any recommendations you may have. 

Knowledge of developing for Drupal and Magento is a distinct advantage as that’s two of the 3 platforms that you’ll be developing for and it will affect how you’ll work with the platform teams 

You’ll take ownership over the quality of the front end production within the agency: 

> You’ll write clean, efficient, well commented code as you’ll be leading the back end teams on how to do front end development your way 
> You’ll be the resource in the business that the developers can come to for help and support when building out the solutions 
> You get a kick out of debugging and solving problems
> Help make solutions efficient for the wider team focussing on inheritance and re-purposing of code 
> You’ll have an Input on the technology used for the future direction 
Your personality & attitude (culture is important to us): 
> You must have an eye for both detail & design. It’s ALL about the pixels. This is not a design role, but you’ll be sat with the creative team and work with them to help build great solutions. 
> You’ll be a subject matter expert within the business so you need to be confident enough to voice your opinion. Just because somebody asks you to do something, doesn’t mean that you should do! 
> You enjoy collaborating to help create the best possible solution 
> You have a keen interest in new technologies and approaches, you read around the subject, attend meetups and events to stay informed 
> You’re proud of your output 
> You enjoy teaching others 

You must be based in London (or commutable) with the right to work in the UK.
