The Scunthorpe site's core business is the supply of injection moulded components and assemblies to a varied customer base including Jaguar, Land Rover and Toyota. 

Requirements of the Warehouse Administrator role: 

> This role supports the department with first class administrational support.
> The role is on a rotating basis:22:00-06:00/06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00.
> Despatch and verification of all outgoing loads.
> Administration of all packaging for site.
> This role will be responsible for the control and updating of BPCS, including the maintenance and management of the BPCS system.
> Responsibility for ensuring documentation that is missing (pick sheets, Kanbans, delivery notes and labels), are located, and in place, on time.
> Updating departmental KPI’s on a daily basis.
> Photocopying, scanning required documents and other administration duties.
> Ability to resolve queries, gathering information by phone, letter and email or in person in a timely fashion.
> Accurate Record keeping.
> Communicating issues clearly and in a timely fashion.
> To receive and distribute all departmental mail and faxes.
> First point of contact for departmental visitors.
> To carry out any other reasonable duties as and when required.

Warehouse Administrator Required Skills:

> Strong reading, writing and report creation skills.
> Numerate and Literate.
> Strong IT Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
> Statistical analysis of data.
> Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal also and effective communicator externally and within the organisation.
> Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
> Ability to prioritise tasks.
> The ability to multi-task with various workloads, meeting tight deadlines.
> Attention to detail.
> Flexible approach.
> Experience in an administration role previously would be an advantage.
> Candidates must have fluent English and be confident communicators both written and verbally.
