The role….

1) Accept a project from purchase order stage, check and verify specification, organise staff, materials and coordinate specialist contractors

2) Manage the successful construction and handover of mechanical and electrical projects along with associated building elements where applicable

3) Ensure that projects are completed to Safety, Quality, Time and Cost measures ensuring that we always exceed our client’s expectations to realise  repeat business opportunities.

1) Strong experience gained as a Building Services Manager OR Management experience gained within the Building Services environment ESSENTIAL
