This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful and growing business in their customer service team, providing first class customer service to their 70,000 customers. This role involves taking inbound customer service calls and responding to emails and letters from customers, helping them to resolve their queries and questions quickly and efficiently - ideally within their initial first contact. There is absolutely no sales involved in this job - guaranteed!
Please note: This is an 'out of hours' role covering Thursday Nights (8pm-8am) only. This is a part-time position.

You will be reliable, hardworking, have good computer skills and will enjoy working as part of a team. Most importantly, you will know what good customer service looks like and will be motivated by meeting or exceeding customer expectations and every point of contact.
