HR Business Advisor

allpay has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Advisor to join the team based in Hereford. This role will be a fixed term contract for up to 12 months, with a highly competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 p.a. (full time equivalent).

HR Business Advisor – The Role

As a HR Business Advisor you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and wide ranging generalist human resources service to the business. This may include but not limited to policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, employee reward and learning and development.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will support in your own defined business areas as well as supporting other departments when required.

Up to date employment law knowledge is essential and the ability to manage varied and challenging projects whilst maintaining customer focus. The ideal candidate for the role as HR Business Advisor will have a CIPD qualification to level 3 or equivalent or be working towards.
