Our clients currently have exciting opportunities to appoint a Despatch Process Leader (Warehouse Supervisor) at their brand new chilled despatch facility in Brackley.
The Role:
Working as part of the Despatch team at their brand new despatch facility in Brackley, you will assist the Section Manager in managing the despatch team covering the intake, storage, part-picking and outloading of finished goods product to both internal and external customers.
Your responsibilities will include;
• Allocation of work to team members
• Management and monitoring of our directive WMS system
• Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor to ensure staff queries are dealt with quickly and effectively.
• Ensuring we meet our high customers services levels through accuracy and efficiency of our scanning, picking and outloading operations.
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to include Transport, Production and Planning.
This role is an excellent next step for anyone seeking to work towards a management career within warehousing and despatch operations.
The shift pattern for this role is as follows;
Week One
Sunday: 13:00 to 19:45
Monday: 10:00 to 22:00
Tuesday-Thursday: 13:45 to 22:00
Week Two
Monday: 13:30 to 22:00
Tuesday-Thursday: 13:45 to 22:00
Friday: 15:15 to 01:30

The Candidate:
- You will have proven experience in leading a team, preferably within a FMCG environment. With a proactive approach you will be a true team player with the ability to organise others and allocate work effectively, to ensure work is completed to standard and on time.
- You will be a self motivated individual with a responsible attitude who is flexible in approach.
- Excellent communication skills are essential as this role involves interaction between colleagues at all levels.
- You will work well under pressure, and be able to work on your own initiative, balancing a variety of tasks at one time.
- Experience within a warehousing environment is essential, as is experience of using a WMS system.
