We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Receptionist to join our happy, established team at Clevedon, our luxury retirement village. 

 

The key purpose of the role is to ensure that owners, club members and the general public are served efficiently and professionally in this first class establishment.

 

This involves having a thorough knowledge of reception, concierge and administrative duties, although training will be given to the successful candidates, an ability to recognise guests needs and sales opportunities and having the personality to offer five star and friendly service levels. There will be a degree of ad-hoc work within the restaurant and bar during busy periods, therefore previous work within a similar food & beverage based establishment would be advantageous. Duties will also include keeping a clean and safe environment, maintaining stock levels, cash handling and other standard Reception duties.
 
Ideal candidates will possess good communication and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of front of house systems, a friendly manner, a passion for being of service, restaurant or food and beverage experience, and will take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment. 

 

Previous experience within a similar environment is desirable as would a current first aid qualification.  You must have good working knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes.
