Service Desk/ Help Desk Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast growing, blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices. Being first port of call for any enquiry's, the chosen candidate will be at the heart of a busy, rapid paced team.

As a Help Desk Advisor it would be an advantage if you have Service Desk experience however full training will be provided.

Do you have fantastic Customer Service Skills? Have you got a great telephone manner and have a real passion for IT?? This is a perfect, exciting opportunity for you!!

This role will offer the chosen individuals a healthy salary of (£16,000 - £19,000 - depending on experience), plus company benefits.

Our client has offices nationwide, so location is flexible.

As a Service Desk Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Answering all requests to the Service Desk promptly and politely.
  • Assessing the nature of the incident and dealing with accordingly.
  • Customer Acquisition.
  • Dealing with all enquires.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will have:

  • Good communications skills
  • Charming & pleasant personality
  • Willing to go the extra mile to assist customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • IT knowledge
