Calday Swimming Pool Trust is seeking a pro-active, enthusiastic person to run their busy facility in West Kirby. This is a full time permanent position being responsible for the management of 2/3 permanent staff and approximately 15 part time lifeguards / swimming teachers. The job is based around a 40 hour week on a shift basis to suit the needs of the business. DBS check required.
Applicants must have Lifeguard (NPLQ) and Swim Teacher (ASA/ STA level 2) qualifications and good organisational / management / IT skills. The ability to communicate well with staff and pool users is essential.
Experience in health and safety, pool plant operation and staff training is highly desirable.
