Working within the Insurance Finance Change team of a leading Financial Services organisation, you will be supporting a range of Change projects, and establishing strong working relationships with key Finance stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Requirement gathering and documentation
* Critical analysis of information gathered from multiple sources
* Facilitating stakeholder workshops
* Managing Risk and Compliance
* Providing regular progress reports to the senior stakeholders
* Communicating efficiently with both technical and non-technical individuals
Job Specific Competencies:
* Formal qualification or a desire to be formally qualified in business analysis and/or change management
* At least 3 years' experience as a Business or PMO analyst preferably within the Financial Services sector
* Understanding of business analysis methodology
* Understanding of financial technical requirements
This is an ideal role for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their change management skills working for a leading Financial Services organisation
