Financial Planning Administrator
Nottingham
£24,000 plus benefits
Our client is a boutique Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Nottingham. The firm has an excellent reputation in the industry and offers excellent career development support.
They seek an experienced IFA Administrator to join the business.
The Responsibilities
Administration
Provide technical administration support to the advisers
Processing new business applications
Valuations and assisting investment reports
Produce reports based on the information gained at discovery/fact find meetings by the advisers
Updating the filing systems regularly
Data entry / quality management onto the CRM system
Maintain and understanding and awareness of relevant rules and processes
Client facing
Provide an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for the firms clients, dealing with inquiries by phone, email and in person
Support the firms ethos of welcoming clients and visitors to the office
About You
Polite, pro-active, excellent manner, relational, attention to detail, a team player
Well organised with outstanding planning skills
Ability to priorities workload working to strict deadlines
Experience of working within an IFA/Wealth Management firm in an administrative capacity
Strong IT skills, comfortable using MS office
The company will support you in a programme of qualifications if required
