Embedded Software Engineer - Guildford

Superb client has 2 new opportunities in Guildford for Embedded C/C++ Software Engineers to work for the leading company developing Software Solutions for Satellite Systems.

The successful Embedded SW Engineer will require a good Engineering degree, strong Embedded C programming ability, full life cycle development expertise, Experience of working in an Engineering environment and have experience of complex Software/Hardware systems including embedded Operating Systems. E.g. VxWorks, QNX, RTEMS.

Key Tasks·
Working with System Engineer and other Project team members to capture Requirements.
· Prepare software specifications for external suppliers.
· Tracking progress of Software items through projects.
· Development of Verification & Test plans.
· Liaising with Customer and Suppliers.
· Working with in-house SW teams.
· Configuration of test environment and possible development of test programs.
