Smart Solutions Recruitment currently have a number of exciting opportunities to work with one of our clients who are a leading provider of outsourced contact centre services. With over 10 years' experience in providing call centre support for many leading customer services and sales led organisations, who are established as a professional, customer focused and cost effective contact centre provider where people are their business. We are currently seeking Sales through Service Advisors for the Inbound Calls department. Based in Cardiff Bay our client offers a market leading rate of pay and additional benefits such as Child Care Vouchers, Free Eye Tests and Discounts with certain Retailers, this coupled with a fantastic working environment and the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to £2000 gives any applicants applying the reward that they deserve. The basic hourly rates for this role is £7.05 increasing to £7.12 after 10 months and additional overtime payments.

About the Role
As a Sales through Service Advisor you will be involved with building relationships with the client's customers by demonstrating that you understand the customer individual needs and requirements.

Requirements
You shall need to pass a DBS check and Financial Probity Check to be shortlisted.
Training is 3 weeks which is Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm - consisting of 2 weeks classroom based learning then a week of coaching and support where the successful candidates shall be taking calls in a supported environment.
