An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join this expanding company for a full time permanent position.  Your role would be to provide administration assistance to the CEO and Team providing support to sales and account management activities by ensuring that robust office administration systems and processes are in place in all areas.

Your confidence and can do attitude will mean you are undaunted by the prospect of working to tight deadlines in a meticulous and organised manner.

As a Team Administrator your duties will include:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organising and maintaining diaries
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the team and allocating accordingly where necessary
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the team is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Preparing weekly KPI reports and monthly Board reports accurately and on time

Skills and Experience required

  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Proven organisational skills (applicants will be expected to demonstrate these by real examples and assessments)
  • The ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and unsupervised, including the ability to identify improvements to processes and systems and make those improvements, communicating them to all relevant stakeholders within and outside of the team.

In return you will receive a salary of £18,000 per annum.
