Job Title: Administration Officer - Local Land Charges/Environmental Information Regulations (EIR)
Location: Braintree, Essex CM7
Salary: £17,139 - £21,057 per annum
Position: Part-Time, 20 Hours Per WeekType: 2 year fixed term contract

Our client has a vacancy for a full time officer, within the Local Land Charges Team, on a two year fixed term contract.
Job Role:
This post will process requests for information from the Local Land Charges Register, using the specialised software, to provide the information that is required quickly and accurately.
The role will also involve answering calls and responding the queries via email on the Local Land Charges service. Other general administration work including filing and sourcing data from the card catalogue will also be required.
The Candidate:
The applicant must have strong general IT skills and experience of using Uniform software is highly desirable.
Applicants must be well organised, conscientious, accurate and motivated
