My Client is the market leader in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Sector with over 50 showrooms Nationwide. We are looking for Design Consultant / Sales Consultant in our Reading store, Basic £14,000 OTE £35,000-£60,000.
Senior consultants are on a basic salary on £18,000 - the progression to senior consultant can happen quickly upon you applying yourself in the role.
With showrooms across the UK my client is taking the highly competitive Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom sector by storm. Currently operating out of 50 showrooms and with plans to hit 150 locations across the UK by 2020. With state of the art showrooms, fantastic marketing the future Design Consultant of Reading will have plenty of leads to chase down. We are looking for a Design Consultant / Sales Consultant who is customer focused with a flair for understanding customer requirements and turning them into an inspirational design that the customer will love.
Design Consultant / Sales Consultant must have a passion for design and a desire to generate and drive sales. For the right person the financial benefits of this role are exceptional.
Key responsibilities of a Design Consultant / Sales Consultant:
-Driving sales and maximising on all opportunities including cross- selling and add-on sales.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Conduct Home visits and build relationships with customers that instil trust.
-Confident in approaching customers
-A proactive approach to chase down leads
-Attention to detail ensure all CAD Designs fit brief provided by the customer
You will have:
-A driving license and access to your own vehicle.
-Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
-Design experience would be beneficial but not necessary as full training will be given.
-A Driven personality
-Confident dealing with customers
You will receive:
-Basic Salary £14,000
-OTE £35,000 however top Design Consultants earn £60,000+
-A State of the area training programme, with Salary Match guarantee for first 3 months
-Opportunities to progress into management
