Become part of the Benfield Family - now part of Lookers PLC. This position will be based at our Head office Communication Centre on Newcastle Business Park, close to the queyside. Working as part of our highly successful Aftersales Team, duties will include the following: Taking Inbound calls from customers to arrange Routine aftersales appointments, Website enquiries and online portals. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 months customer service experience, although knowledge of the motor trade is not essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work are between 8:00am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern tba) Saturday Rotation one in every 6 weeks paid as overtime. 8-45am – 2pm.
