Sentinel Healthcare Limited is a privately owned group of five Nursing Homes and Close Care Living based in and around the New Forest.

Our homes have a ‘country hotel’ feel, supported with the latest facilities and combined with the highest standards of nursing care to ensure we meet our Clients health, personal and social care needs.

The role
We require Senior Care Assistant’s and carers to work in full and part time at any one of our five nursing homes.
We require Carers who have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents. We expect a high standard of care, and Carers need to have an interest in learning and developing their skills.

As a Senior Carer / Carer your job duties/responsibilities will include:
• Ensure that a high standard of care is delivered to residents by recognising and facilitating their daily needs.
• Promote and encourage all staff to provide residents with privacy, dignity, independence, choice.
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures.
• Assist in building relationships between staff and residents.
• Take an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries.

No experience is necessary as full ‘in-house’ training will be given.
