This company provides a comprehensive programme covering Asset Integrity and Performance Monitoring, Training, Maintenance pump management / products to manufacturers.
The purpose of the role is to be an effective part of a service delivery team, by providing a competent standard of equipment condition monitoring, using a range of techniques such as Vibration, IR Inspection, Ultra-sound etc.
Additional skills such as mechanical seal & Pump knowledge would also be beneficial but not compulsory.
You will deliver good contract management service and technical skills to customers and provide scheduled vibration data collection and analysis, at the customer's locations.
CM engineer will spend the majority of their time working on a fixed site, communicating regularly with both AVT/AES personnel and clients. In addition to this, there will be occasions where other site visits for ad-hoc or covering working will be required.
Principal Accountabilities
1) Deliver specific maintenance services to improve client's equipment availability & reliability
2) Ensure services are delivered on time, in accordance with approved technical, operational, and HSEQ standards.
3) Be responsible for own work, organising the delivery of all site service, via a defined vibration, lubrication scheduling system (machine sentry), assisting the Site/Regional Manager to optimise performance, in compliance with all business systems, processes and standards.
4) Reporting; first pass and second pass analysis (where qualified/proficient) of CM results
5) Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained in a serviceable condition and within the calibration QAP control procedure
You will need to fulfil full requirements governed within BINDT certification Level 1 and ICML Level 1, desirable to have BINDT Level 2 or Thermography Level 1.
You must be able to work using own initiative and have a good awareness of industrial equipment, operations / maintenance and be able to work at heights.
