Our client is now recruiting Customer Advisors in store. You will play a key part in creating an enjoyable and easy shopping experience for Customers.

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing every customer with a warm welcome and listen closely to what they need.
  • Answering queries, provide the lowdown on products and explain of any offers that are available
  • Assisting the senior claim advisors
  • To handle customer's enquiries in the most effective and efficient way

The right Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Good IT skills
  • Good customer service skills along with 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Can work as part of a team and support their colleagues.
  • Fast Learner
  • A can-do attitude and skills to work in a team
