Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care is looking to appoint two experienced Medical Secretary/Administrators to join our clinical team. The roles provide administrative and secretarial support to our doctors and nursing staff , liaising with external healthcare professionals, as well as patients and their families.

Medical Secretary/Administrator
15 hours per week - Farnham
Salary £19,245 pa (pro rata)

The work pattern is flexible and will be based primarily at the Farnham Hospice, but may also involve occasional work at the Beacon Centre in Guildford.

A Combined full time position would be considered

Successful candidates will:

  • Have proven secretarial experience in a clinical setting
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have the ability to work flexibly between teams
  • Be a team player and have the ability to work independently
  • Be able to demonstrate accurate audio and typing skills
