About Us:

We were founded in 2010 to develop and market the leading securities finance applications for investment banks, agent lenders and hedge funds. The management team includes some of the most respected people in the securities finance marketplace who have previously developed products for a variety of global investment banks and major software vendors. The company has offices in London and New York along with a Technology Centre in Milton Keynes.

Due to our rapidly growing customer base we are seeking a software developer to join our highly skilled, experienced, close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to expand their knowledge of finance and investment banking or advance their career in web application development.

Our applications have to be high-performance and scalable to support the needs of traders in financial institutions with offices in London, New York, Frankfurt and Hong Kong. Our applications are cross-platform running on both Windows and Unix servers along with database technology from Oracle, Microsoft and SAP.

Graduate Software Developer Essential Skills:

> A degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
> Proven programming experience (JavaScript or modern C++ with STL preferred)
> Self-motivated problem solver who is keen to learn
> Ability to write maintainable, testable, high performing software
> Understanding of software best practices, design principles & patterns
> Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase

Desirable:

> Some commercial development experience in C++ and/or JavaScript within either Windows or Unix environments
> Experience using a JavaScript framework such as Sencha Ext-JS, AngularJS or jQuery

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Junior C++ Software Engineer, Junior Fintech Software Developer, Graduate Software Programmer, Finance Software Developer, JavaScript Developer. Graduate Database Developer.
