Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a number of service focussed Technical Advisors’ to work within our busy Technical Customer Services Team. We are looking for people who share our enthusiasm for providing a personal approach to 1st /2nd Line Technical Support, and are able to see a query through from start to finish.

Our Advisors are ambassadors for our Company and we are looking for people who have:

  • Experience troubleshooting faults on mobile and tablet devices (e.g. Mobile Data, Roaming, Tethering, Usage and Voicemail);
  • Experience supporting multiple operating systems (e.g. Android, Apple, Windows and BlackBerry);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • An enthusiastic 'can do' customer-first attitude.

The role will include:

  • Providing a first call resolution where possible to every caller;
  • Escalating faults to our Operations Team where necessary and setting correct expectations with the customer;
  • Taking ownership of the reported fault and seeing it through to resolution.

Our opening hours are 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 16:30 on Saturday.
