Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Administrator - North Hampshire
40 hour per week full-time vacancy (we would consider applications for part time hours also)
Salary - £14,808pa pro rata + benefits including, Excellent & certified training, Childcare Voucher Scheme, Pension scheme, Paid mileage & Company sick pay.

This is an amazing opportunity for highly motivated and innovative people to join our new Integrated Domestic Violence and Abuse Service, You First North Hampshire.

The You First Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Service Administrator will provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service to the SPOC team and You First Service. The administrator role supports the delivery of the integrated service and is the first point of contact for clients, professionals and others via the SPOC phone and email. The skilled and experienced post holder will answer enquiries, takes down referral information accurately and collate information from referrals and assessments. They will be able to manage an on line data base inputting accurate information which will inform contractual and stakeholders reporting requirements. Additionally the post holder will ensure that social media is kept updated with news about the integrated service and will develop face book pages and update the YOU website when required. The successful SPOC Administrator candidate will work with others in the SPOC team and the wider integrated team to ensure 24/7 cover of the SPOC.

We are looking for a person who has:
* Knowledge and experience of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Case Management systems, Internet, Social Media (e.g Facebook, Twitter) and on line booking systems
* Experience of managing and updating a data base or workbook
* Experience of working in a reception or customer facing environment
* Experience of diary management, organising meetings and recording accurate minutes

and who can:
* be person centred at all times
* work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and clients which may include evenings and weekends (as required)
* act with integrity, be trustworthy and treat people with dignity and respect
* remain calm when dealing with a crisis or emergency
* produce letters and documents from recorded, dictated, scanned and written material for the SPOC team, Manager or Support Workers
* manage office/service stationery, service equipment supply, donations, gifts, invoices and petty cash with the Coordinator and Service Manager
* organise appointments and meetings, booking rooms and venues, ensuring attendees are informed and minutes accurately recorded and distributed
* work with the SPOC team to ensure accurate monitoring data for the service is well maintained on a weekly basis and produce reports
* follow up lines of enquiry relevant to clients or the service
