You'll find plenty of these helpful sorts right here looking after our Britannia Rescue customers in any way they can.
Joining the LV= Britannia Rescue team you've a real talent for making customers feel special when you're on the phone. It's in the way you talk, and just as importantly, in the way you listen. The way we'd sum it up is empathetic and approachable, friendly and professional. Quick to understand a customer's needs and doing everything in your power to help. You will deal with our customers at the roadside who have broken down and need our help by arranging a repair or recovery using our breakdown network. You’ll be responsible for providing a quick and accurate service to our customers.
The start date for this role is Monday 23rd November 2015. No holiday can be accommodated within the first 7 weeks of this date.
This is a twilight role so the shifts are between the hours of midday to 11pm, on a 4 week rolling rota. With this you will be required to work up to every other weekend.
