We are advertising this position on behalf of Chiorino UK Ltd. This position is based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire.
Chiorino UK Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary of Chiorino SpA (based in Biella Italy), Supplying the UK with a bespoke fabrication and installation service for conveyor and transmission belting across every conceivable industry where product movement is required.
As a Belt Fabrication Operative your duties will include:
- To operate equipment to manufacture conveyor belts to length and width.
- To ensure goods are “Right First Time” by checking own and others work.
- To assist with the packaging and dispatch of finished goods
- To use computer systems in order to process orders
- To operate a FLT in order to load and unload materials to and from vehicles or storage racking.
- To maintain stock records, and inform supervision where replenishment is required.
- To inspect and report any defects in equipment to the Production Supervisor.
- To attend Production meetings as and when required.
- To ensure good housekeeping within working area.
In return you will receive salary of £7.50 to £8.23 dependent upon experience + contributory Pension
