Our client is a multinational retailing company looking for someone driven and creative to join their Leeds office managing a team of multi-channel sales/customer service agents.
They are looking for someone lively, ambitious and looking for that next step in their career to join their busy Call Centre in Leeds. Your team will consist of multi-channel agents so exposure to managing these roles would be a great benefit to anyone looking to develop.
You will manage, coach and lead a team of advisors as well as being responsible for their professional development in terms of appraisals and 1:1’s.
You will take responsibility for escalations so experience in complaints/retentions would be useful although not necessary.
