We are a regional charity looking for an experienced, well-organised Finance Officer to work 7 hours a week as one whole day or two half days in our Guildford office.
Working closely with our treasurer, you will have responsibility for the day to day bookkeeping, paying of bills and invoicing of clients. You will also prepare the monthly payroll, process volunteer and staff expenses, assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and prepare the annual accounts up to trial balance.
Experience of using QuickBooks is essential for this rôle.
